re: Toddler not eating

Chloe is the same way! We've tried pedisure and pedialight (sp?) She hated both of them  

I've noticed that it's an every couple/few day thing though. Like yesterday she wanted nothing. Nothing but milk. Today, she sort of had breakfast (like a bite of toast), little bit of mac and cheese for lunch and dinner....we haven't gotten there yet. But she was all for a cookie when she saw me eating one. She also didn't want any snacks, besides that cookie.

I asked her doctor about it and she said it's just a thing young kids go through. I just hope it passes soon.

Why would you give her pedialyte? That has no nutritional value.

Because she has really bad Croup and strep right now so we thought that may help her lately.....

Oh, no. We did try pedisure or what ever it's called when she won't est. She hated it.

I think you missed the point that he's been like that his entire life. He refused bottles, he refused cereal made with formula rather then bm, he refused any stage 3 foods tht had any bits of food in them... That was my point in talking about him vs my DD. if it was a control issue it wouldn't have started at 3 months. He doesn't eat I have to give into him at times just to get him to eat. DD usually eats so if she's refusing her normal foods I don't insist she eat something- anything.

It's funny DD eats a TON before she grows and after but not during.
