Swelling. What can i do to help it go down?

So both of my feet and ankles have been swelling really bad since yesterday. Last night my left ankle was twice or more the size than normal. Usually when I go to bed or put them up it goes down and I don't have anymore problems for awhile. But they just wont go down ;( and they are starting to really hurt when I'm on them for long which sucks cause of my job. i feel like I've tried everything sitting with them up. Laying down with a pillow under my feet and nothing seems to be working. Any advice? Thank you. And FYI I'm 38 weeks preggers. :-)

Keep them elevated, NO sodium or salt and push lots of fluids is your best bet. When my mom was pregnant with me she had such severe swelling they put her on bedrest. The second she ate anything with a granular of salt she would blow up like a balloon!
