People hated my first sons name. I love it.. I've figure you either not post a name thread or follow the sheep and name your kids something everyone will love.  

Don't be a sheep, If you love the name thats really all that matters.

If you like your kids name so much why feel the need to defend them to a bunch of strangers? Like damn who cares.

It's really NOT what matters, YOU liking it. It matters that your kids like it and get the best first step in life. Being saddled with an awful name only hinders their future, it's not about you. You don't look "cool" for having an ugly misspelled named child. You just look stupid.

I hated my name as a child, so I went by my nickname.. Nothing wrong with that. Keep your nose on your face.

OP - My cousins name is Alexis. I personally could care less what middle names someone gives their child.. How often is it really used anyways. It's usually just the inital anyways on forms and such :-P

Mitchel isn't a bad name, I've seen it spelt that way before.

I love the sound of Aaralyn, not fond of the spelling but it sounds really pretty :-) And again with the middle name thing, It's not used often anyways.. The middle name isn't my cup of tea but it has meaning to you :-)
