Pediatrician help!
posted 29th Jan
I really want to take my daughter who is 3 into see a Dr. I believe she has some kind of sensory issues. If I talk loud she covers her ears and says I am hurting her ears, if music/Tv is on above a whisper she says it is hurting her ears. I was rolling a bag of chips closed to put a clip on it and she said it was to loud and hurting her ears. The Vacuum hurts her ears, dogs barking hurt her ears. She has had her hearing checked at least 5 times in her life due to delays.
Problem is I am between Pediatricians right now, long story short I refuse to take my kids back to their old pediatricians because well long story but she is an idiot. We saw another Pediatrician in the mean time but I didn't like him and neither did the kids. My older 2 are set up to see another lady on Feb 18th, for their Annual exam. I can take my 3 year old there but she has no history of her and DD3 has speech and Gross motor delays that no thanks to her first Pediatrician she is getting help for. Her fist Pedi wont send her records unless I pay like 25 cents a page for them or unless the other dr requests them. So who should I call and honestly what do I tell them I need an appointment for?
