Anyways..
How do you get candle wax out of a carpet?

A friend was here, knocked it over, tried to catch it, and by doing so he made the candle drop on its side.

There's blue wax everyyyywheeerrrreee.
Is the correct method done by using ice or heat? I keep hearing different opinions.

Halp!

When I get candle wax on something soft like furniture, clothing...I put a paper towel over it and heat it with a blowdryer and it gets absorbed into the paper towel..I hope that blue doesn't stain though. D: I've never had to get it out of carpet but I did with a chair and a pair of pants. And a wall lol.

Is it in it globs or little pieces.
When that happened in our bed room I let it cool and harden and then I broke it up by just kind of hitting and pushing on it, and I vacuumed it up.

I started doing that... and it was taking forever. But it does work.

The blue wax is on a blue rug.

But I will try that! Getting it off of a wall or hardwood floor were the easiest part so far!!

Both. The little pieces I don't really mind though. They're almost invisible.

This is what I heard. That and.... putting ice on it and peeling it up. But the latter is a long process.

My mind was completely in the gutter when I read that.

I got some of it up. That damn wax adhered itself so far into my rug.... but I'm sure I'll get the rest of it by tomorrow.
