How would I keep him from jumping? He jumps up on everything lol. Counters, table, entertainment stand, tvs. dressers..etc.

You can't really stop them, just keep a close eye on him/her. Can you tell when he/she is about to jump? I just helped my cat when she wanted to jump on something by picking her up. She's only allowed on my desk, couch, bed, and dresser thingy....
