I also forgot to add....I used a pregnancy ball and bounced on it..Sometimes even used it as a chair and it made the pain lessen when I was sitting. But you basically have to deal with it. Some say chiropractors helped them, but...The sciatic pain I had made my back feel like it was locking up and even went into my right butt cheek! Compared to the pressure I felt in my lady parts and the soreness at the end of my pregnancy, the sciatic pain was nothing.
It's basically one of those "live with it" pains.
