For a good cause; Special Olympics

Before you get flag happy, please read.

My BIL, a very good man and Drill Sargent with the US Army, is trying to raise funds to participate in SC Lake Murray Polar Plunge 2013 to benefit the Special Olympics. He needs to raise at least $50 to be able to participate in the plunge, but his initial goal is $100. If you are interested in making a contribution (any amount would be appreciated) just send me a PM and I'll give you the link, since I don't want to risk this post being flagged as spam.

Donations are accepted up until the day of the plunge, Feb. 16th.

His niece has Down syndrome so it is a very important cause for him and his family. He always tries to do whatever in his power to help special needs/disabled children and as soon as he heard of this opportunity he did not hesitate to sign up. He said that if he has to jump into ice cold water to help raise money for these children, he will gladly do so! He is really excited to have this opportunity! Thanks in advance!
