re: Everyone keeps telling me my child is huge.

Healthy   All babies are different. My third was my biggest at 9lbs 9oz but he was late. Now just shy of 6 months he is 20lbs and fits into 6-12 months clothes. My first son and my daughter were tiny compared to him.

well just listen to what his pedi says and agree and than just forget about it. you know whats best for your child. my son has been on cereal since he was 2 months old now at 5 months hes eating baby food like crazy. hes one of those babys that no matter how much formula i was giving him it wouldnt fill him up and eventually he would throw up cause he was drinking to much. my lo might be a little big but hes as healthy as can be and is doing everything a typical 5 month old does

My LO was 11 pounds 13 ounces at exactly 8 weeks. So I really don't think that he is huge. The Dr told me she rather baby be bigger then not gaining weight. My little girl is 10 weeks now and wears some 3 month clothes. Some onsie's are made smaller/bigger.

My son is over 6 months and weighs 16 pounds...

e is huge. Doesn't mean he's fat or unhealthy, just that he's a big baby and more disposed to be "manly" when he's older due to a higher production of testosterone than smaller born boys.

DD was 37+6 at 5lbs6oz. She was/is a small girl.

DS has always been skinny. He was 5lb 11oz at 35 weeks. He was always in the smaller clothes size. Then he had a mad growth spurt and now he's 3 1/2, 40lbs, 40" and in 4T clothing. It came out of nowhere lol.

My second is 7 months, 20-something lbs, 24" and almost in 12 month clothing. He was 8lbs 12 oz at birth and he was 9 days early! Just goes to show how different babies can be, even brothers.

no kidding...and im still waiting for her growth spurt...im hoping this lil baby will be a little bigger then her but eh as long as he's healthy im good

He might....he might be 10lbs at birth.

Lol you never know   but with only having two artery a in the umbilical cord instead of three it restricts growth ....however latest ultrasound estimated him to be 3pounds so maybe he will be big

My son was 13 pounds at his 8wk appointment 8lbs 4oz is pretty big for only being 36 weeks but he is the same size as my son he's about 14-15 pounds now and is almost 11 weeks now  

My son was born at 36 weeks and 5 days and he weighed 8 lbs 3.5 oz. He's just healthy and very cute
