SO sleep talking

My SO sleep talks...BAD. Like lastnight he wakes up yelling bc he dreamt that someone came into our house & stole some stuff. He yells you stupid mf'er stealing our stuff. I wake him, tell him noone stole anything, he yells yes they did, he gets up turns on the light. Phone in hand, fixing to call 911 (not the first time).

After about 20 minutes of talking to him he finally lays back down & goes back to sleep.

I'm awake, LO is awake & SO is sleeping.

Really he caused this with his stupid outburst.

SOmething HAS to give. He don't have insurance so sleep study is out of the question.
What can we do to help this??

i don't know. I talk in my sleep too, and it takes a good while for me to wake up. SO will talk to me and I talk back but I'm not fully awake. Get ear plugs

i'm not sure but my SO is a horrible sleep talker!
last night he started calling someone a mother sm**rfer and then like 10 mins later he like "you put it in the vagina and then bam you done" im like you put what in the vagina ...lol he says a penis ...oh god somedays i look foward to hearing him sleep talk

Your right sometimes it is funny, until LO wakes up :/

I don't have advice but my dude does stuff like this.
The first time he did it, i had just had our daughter 'n we moved outta the room to sleep, pretty much for good.

But i know that's not really a practical solution for everyone haha.

But yeah, he started talking in his sleep. Picked up a pillow like a baby, then started sleep-freaking out on me asking where the baby was (while i was holding her).

Now she's 2.5 and the other night we were all in bed together, and then outta nowhere he like..sleep pounced on her, and scared the absolute crap outta her.
He felt horrible after, but yeah, there's something up there.

My SO is the same way.. Its weird, I've held an entire conversation with him while he was asleep and I didn't even realize it until I went around the side of the bed because his answers started not making any sense and his eyes were closed and I had to shake him to wake him up lol.

The other night he sat up really fast in the bed and he was like "WHAT THE SmUrf" and I was like "what love?" and he's like "There is dust." so I'm all "..dust on what?" and he's like "The panels. There's dust on the panels." and he rolled over and stopped talking back lol.

My SO sleep talks too.. He will blurt out something random.. Then I can start talkin to him and he will hold a conversation with me. Lol.

Sometimes he even sits up and grabs my face and kisses me and says he loves me.. Doesn't remember a thing the next day.

I don't know. I don't talk in my sleep but I do hallucinate when I first wake up, and occasionally I do think someone is in the house and will wake DH up. It's really scary.

I have done that before..or I feel like someone is talking to me and I wake up and no one is around. Sometimes even when I just wake up I think I hear people whispering. Freaks me out lol

I do this too. One time I woke up and SO was standing at the door because he just walked in, and I swore to god that he was a giant spider, not a person lol. I screamed so loud.

It it seriously scary. I used to just hallucinate bugs but now it's creepier stuff.

My most recent scare was a few nights ago. We sleep in our living room because we are remodeling our bedroom, and we have a blanket in the doorway to the dining room.

I woke up and I seriously saw someone peeking through the blanket, and then the blanket was moving around a lot. I woke up DH and he convinced me nobody was back there, and I cried for like 5 minutes until I fell asleep. I wish I had insurance so I could get an MRI.
