when did you have things ready for baby??

My first was born at 35 weeks and I had NOTHING ready, In fact I had post postpartum depression because after 5 days in the NICU with him I came home to a trashed, unorganized home.
Anyway I am currently pregnant with my 4th and I have TONS to do still. Still have to move my two oldest in a new room, buy them twin beds and still need to buy them both a dresser as well as one for my baby on the way....
then I can actually start organizing the room for my two youngest (my toddler and baby on the way)
I still need to go threw bins of clothing buy cloth diapers... the list goes on!
I am feeling motivated but lacking the supplies I need (like dressers) and I feel so drained of energy,
When did you ladies start organizing and having things ready??
If I had this baby when I had my first that would be 9 weeks away.. I feel like I wont be able to get it done in time.
I know even if I do make it to 40 weeks (which I never have), I will spend the last few weeks having trouble moving/ ugh!
I feel so silly, but this isnt just a baby room I need to have ready, I pretty much have to move around my whole house

I went through the same thing with my first! I was sent down to l&d from an OB appointment, my water broke at 35 weeks.. I went home the night I was discharged (he was in NICU) and stayed up all night, put the dresser together and cleaned like crazy. We didn't even begin buying baby Inge until after my shower at 32 weeks
This time we just bought a house and my mind is in eight million directions as far as getting things ready, I don't know where to begin

I'm 36 weeks and I'm still not ready :-/ I'm hoping to have everything crossed off my list by this Friday. I still need to install the carseat & pack my hospital bag but the bassinet is up & we have diapers and I'm breast feeding so I'm trying not to stress about everything else that isn't a necessity.

We found out the sex of the baby at 20weeks and by 30 weeks we had everything for his room set up and had started getting things slowly. By 35 weeks we had everything completely that we needed.

I will be 38 weeks on Thursday and got everything done Saturday. I've been doing a little here and there for weeks though. I know how it is to be drained of energy and pregnant with two kids. Just do what u can when u can. That's what I did.

I'm having a c-section in 3 days and I still don't have everything ready. I have everything we need, it's just not organized. I cannot get motivated, plus I need a chest of drawers or something for his clothes. AHHH!

With DD, I moved across country a week before she was born. I had her at 34 weeks something days. So everything was ready when I unpacked in my new place.
This time around, I started getting everything ready when I found out he was a boy at 13 weeks. I'm now 33 weeks 4 days and all I need to get is a car seat & swing. Which I'm doing this weekend. His room is 100% set up and organized. Same with his closet and everything else.
I like to be prepared very early in advanced. Our hospital bag has been packed for a couple weeks, too. My husband thinks I'm crazy
