A little background.
1/14/13: went to ER for continued spotting. baby had no heartbeat and measured 8w6d when I was 11w3d.
1/20/13: Passed most of the tissue naturally at home, as well as the baby.
1/28/13: Follow up with midwife. Part of the placenta was left, and necrosis set in so I now have an IUI. She got out all of the placenta and prescribed Cytotec (3 pills vaginally once) and 2 anti biotics. She told me to expect mild cramping and more bleeding as my uterus pushes out anything that's left.
I took the Cytotec last night at 8:30 PM. It is now almost 12:30 PM the following day, and I have had no cramping, my bleeding has actually lightened up a lot, and I feel better than I did before I took it.. Does this mean it is not working? I am waiting on a call back from their office.
Quoting My boys = My life:" It could also mean everything has passed."
That is what I am hoping for. I am just nervous because she never told me what would happen if everything has already passed and what to expect, except for it it needed to expell.
