Meals for learning to self feed

DD hasn't quite mastered self feeding yet... anything gooey/soupy we have to feed her, such as oatmeal or Mac n Cheese. What kinds of things do you offer to your learning to self feed toddler for all meals and snacks?

Her breakfast was a hit... she gobbled it all up in like 20 mins.

Cheesy eggs, cheddar cheese cubes, cubed peaches and honey wheat toast.

Her favorite is eggs... ate them all up in like 2 minutes...


Cleared her plate (minus the toast) in 15 mins

I wish someone would make me breakfast! lol she's a cutie!

OT: She is VERY pretty. Really she is. But I'm sure you knew that already, lol.

Anyway, as far as starting with utensils, I ALWAYS begin with a fork and the gerber graduates sauceless ravioli meals. Little mess and easy to teach.

She likes those... but still uses her hands even when we give her a fork lol

We will keep trying... I know she'll pick it up when she's ready
