Jog in place for 1 minute.
Rest for 30 seconds.
Heismans for 1 minute.
For those who are not familiar with Heismans, here is an example.
You are going to jump to the side in to the Heisman pose and then to the other side. It should look something like this
These should NOT hurt. They are VERY low impact but will get your heart rate up. If you are finding that your knees hurt, stop! And try to reevaluate how you are doing the move.
