Welcome Ladies!!

I dont know much about yoga so I created this thread so we all can share & help eachother out!

I want to be in more control of my body get in shape, more flexable, learn to be more peaceful & much more.
If you feel the same way come joing!

I love Yoga, I don't do it enough, but I know some basics.

I really want to do a prenatal yoga class... one is Saturdays but it's when I'm working   RAR!

I am actually going to go to my first Yoga class of the year. We have free yoga on Tuesdays at my work and then Pilates on Thursday.

But yesterday I got sick as a dog and I am afraid I will pass our or something LOL.

I have a friend who works for a yoga outfitters, and part of her job is required yoga classes. Lucky. hahahaa

I'm not sure who comes to do ours. But my employer is all about getting well. They have a year long program to where if you get 300 points you get the day after Christmas paid and 100 GC.
We get fruit every monday to last through the whole week.
They have wellness programs and seminars.

It's a great place to work for. I love it.

That's so awesome!   It's nice to see employers that treat their employees well.

Yes. I can't say I know a company that does something so healthy.

Do you do a certain like... rotation... is that the right word I'm thinking of... of positions? Or do you just do certain different poses sometimes?

Like a sun salutation or something? That's what I'm thinking of.
