2 y/o constantly wetting bed out of the blue

This is for a friend, she's looking for advice. She has a 2 y/o who never used to wet the bed but now he's having accidents every night. Does anyone know why this could be? This didn't happen with my son so I told her I wasn't sure and I couldn't help her but that maybe some of you could? Thanks in advance.

If no tell her to take him to the chiropractor. My dd is 5 and bet wetting. She started going to the chiro for her neck and they found her lower back was out and said it can cause the besetting. She's been going a month or two now an hasn't had it a couple accidents. When she starts again we take her back for readjustment. It's been fabulous.

Are they constipated? Sometimes if they are they can't hold it or don't wake up when it triggers it.

Ds2 did that about 2months after he was done training & has been dry for awhile. I went out & bought a package of pull-ups. We used them for about a week & he started waking up dry again right away.
