low blood pressure

I was in hospital 2 weeks ago for 5 days as I had headaches, dizziness and low blood pressure.They told me to come back if it happens again.Today I can't keep anything down, even soup, got a banging headache and feel faint and have a temperature.Should I go back in or just see how it goes?Don't really want to miss another 5 days off work/

I'd at least give your doc a call. If you can't keep anything down and have a fever you can get dehydrated really quick.

My midwife told me to rest today because of this and I was in hospital with it before.
I don't sponge off the government..I work.I wouldn't be stupid enough to get pregnant unless I have a job.
