Progress pics! Close to a year now.

The end of February will be a year since I decided that I had enough of hating everything about my body. It was literally destroying my spirit & I decided to make a change! I'm so happy I did.

The start of it all...

This green shirt is the only article of clothing that I kept from before I started having kids. I had no expectation of ever fitting into it again, it just had sentimental value & I wanted to hold onto it. I was so pumped when I put it on yesterday   The number on the scale hasn't changed in a while but I feel like I'm still losing inches. *45 lbs down!

My biggest & most important change was my eating habits. My diet up until I made the change was so terrible   I drank nothing but pop, probably at least 6-8 cans a day. I ate a smurf ton of fast food. Whatever I did eat, I ate an ungodly amount. When I think back to the amount of calories I was taking in daily, I'm so appalled!

I now drink 8-10 bottles of water a day. It's all I drink, water & coffee. I'll give up pop but I refuse to give up my coffee lol. I very rarely eat fast food or junk food. When I do eat things that are bad for me, I eat little amounts. I'm a strong believer in all things in moderation!

I'm no longer worried about the number that shows up on the scale but more about how I feel in my clothes. If I feel good in a cute outfit, I could care less what the scale says

I'm jealous that you boobs look just as big!! I only had about 15 pounds to lose to get to my gaol and I lost almost a whole cup size when I did   I didn't have very much to work with in the first place either.
