Changing your diet will help out a TON with weightloss. Usually diet pills don't do much of anything.

Girl, you are such an inspiration. I wanted to ask you if you would be interested in Run For Your Lives in May. It's a zombie apocalypse 5k about 2 hours away from us in May. I'm starting training today but so far, my best friend is going but I'm running alone.

I did a few cycles of OxyElite Pro in that year span. I no longer use it.

I'm very shocked that my boobs haven't gotten smaller than they are. I've went down one cup size within the 45 lbs lost. Not sure how that happened lol

I found some good training programs on Pintrest for getting ready for a 5k.
