I haven't had that problem, but I used to babysit my friends little boy and he did. Be was also missing a toe on that foot though and was missing his growth plate (I think that's what they said). He has been going to the Shriners hospital a lot. They thought it would be a huge difference by now, but it's barely noticeable! he is walking like a pro! The one leg is still a little shorter and not as thick though! I hope it's nothig major with your baby girl!
