To tone up tummy

What did / do you do? I know it will not look the way it did pre pregnancy and may always look kinda bad but I think it would improve w some targeted exercise. I just never tried to focus just on that area.

Stomach toning is more about cardio and diet, than it is target exercise.

Lots of sit ups and cardio.

The 30 day shred helped tone mine before I got pregnant again.

I know you didn't ask me, but I'm doing it right now and looove it. I actually look forward to it each day, and I'm a pretty lazy person.
