I read that if you eat less than 1200 calories a day, you will be losing weight, but you are losing more muscle mass than fat mass. Then it will start to affect your health, system and organs. Maybe you should talk to a nutritionist or dietician, so they can help you get your meals planned out? I find it so hard to have the time to eat since my youngest is still 2 months...but I want to try to eat healthy cause I want to set a good example for my children.
