I am due March 5th with a Lil Boy and have the same problem, my OB suggested uni-som 25mg to help me sleep through the pain of being on my back and side, I would talk to ur OB about it, it helps to @ least sleep for 6hrs, I still feel pain when I wake but 6hrs of sleep is better than nothing @ all.

I sleep on my right side and leaning on my husbands back some, so I'm not completely on my side or completely on my back. That's about the only way I can actually sleep now. I had asked my mom how she slept with my little brother so I could have other options that would work and she said with him she had to sleep in the recliner, leaned back about halfway. On nights that I can't seem to sleep very well in bed because of where little miss is, I lay in my recliner like my mom did and it does help.

I've been able to sleep on my stomach through all my pregnancies so far, but I very often found myself flat on my back sleeping, you'll be fine and so will baby!

Thank you for all of your replies! I do have like 4 regular pillows, and a giant body pillow, so I am all for the pillows, if I hadn't had it in the beginning I never would have gotten sleep. Now it's just all the pressure, and my belly being in the way. I may retry the unisom, I used it before and it knocked me out for a long time. My body is very easily affected by medicine, so i'd get plenty of hours of sleep. I just didn't wanna hurt my little guy!
