I hate my name. Random vent

My mom named me HayLee Roxanne. I've never been able to find keychains or anything because my name is spelt so different. My middle name is actually Rozanne on all my paperwork due to a typo. Random post lol.

Lol. Maybe change it then or make a nickname for yourself?

My name is Amber but my sister likes to call me Rain.

I hear ya about the keychain thing! My name is Lynnsay. I like it though...just hate when people try to spell it! Have to repeat mysekf a hundred times haha

I hated my name as a child. I hated it so much I would spell it differently through most of my elementary years because no one knew how to pronounce it, let alone spell it. I would get so upset when I couldn't find a special license plate for my bike or a pencil with my name on it. I began going by my middle name for a short time, but that is spelled "wrong", too.

What's really sad is that while I was at Starbucks I asked the girl if she caught a glimpse of my license while I was paying because she spelled my name right. That has never happened to me before, ever. lol

If it makes you feel better, My name is Erin. Not only is it an incredibley uni-sexually common name, but people STILL can't spell it right. And smurf key chains. I'd rather have an awesome name like HayLee rozanne

I always think of Erin as female and Aaron as male. I guess it's because I grew up with a female Erin. Smurf unisex names, I have one too.

Lol, growing up I always wanted to change my name but only because it is so common. Maria, "Mary". I would literally be in class with another three Marias. I remember this one teacher always had the Maria's group get together when he gave us projects. It was so annoying. I've learned to love it though.

I don't like mine because it's too common. I went to school with two other Alyssa Marie's, even. And people never spell Alyssa right, even though I think it's the typical spelling. It just doesn't sound like the name of an adult to me, really. Plus I was named after Alyssa Milano, so there's that.

I've never been able to find a key chain or anything either! And my name is really not that rare lol Even though where I'm from I was always the only Layla growing up and in school. I love my name though. My mom spelled my middle name a little weird though. Annaleaha. The last A is not necessary lol
