She is generally irresponsible... She is almost 19 and I know she knows the risks because we took a very extensive sex ed class together in highschool that covered all of that.

Well it's sad but there isn't much you can do.
She obviously just doesn't care.. it's sad that she's bragging about not getting pregnant..
When she could have rendered herself infertile already by getting PID from having SO much unprotected sex.

I have a friend who's a responsible person with everything else, but with sex she just doesn't care. She meets guys online and trusts them when they say they don't have an STD's..

HIV/AIDS can take years and years to show up in a blood text. A lot of people dont know they have it until its to late. Since you cant knock some sense into her, try talking to her about the risks of having un-protected sex and advise her to get a blood test every year... cause she never knows, it could be to late for her and it can pop up at any time....
so sad...

I'm sorry, this is going to sound horrible but people that stupid should NOT be having sex! You might hurt her feelings or piss her the smurf off but you NEED to be completely blunt with her. The truth hurts buttercup, but in all honesty would you rather her get checked and be pissed because you called her out on her stupidity or that you were right and she can get treatment for any STD/STI she's picked up or would you rather her not get checked and find out 5-10 years down the road that she's had AIDS this entire time and is deathly ill because she didn't start getting treatment right away? Be the friend she needs, rather than just the friend she wants. Good luck girl

Let her learn the hard way, at the rate she's going she more than likely already has an STI. If not, she'll end up with one, or with a child, or both before too long. Considering that she brags about it, it sounds like she knows exactly what she's doing and exactly what her risks are. Just let her learn the hard way and suffer the consequences.
