time frame?

what's the latest you can have an abortion? online it was telling me the clinics in my area only go up to 9 weeks? is this true?

I knew one in Las Vegas that went to 14 I believe. I would think they would give you at least until 12.

That seems very strange to me and that maybe they aren't a legit place. I would try getting the number of a recommended place from a planned parenthood. They usually have lists of the legitimate ones I'm your area.

I thought only the abortion pill was good till 9 weeks, then after that you have to get the in clinic abortion if you're past 9 weeks.

That's where I was looking. And none of the clinics do surgical - only medical?

That's why they're saying 9 weeks then. If you are over 9 weeks you may need to go to another city to have a surgical one. My hometown only offers medical if you need a surgical you have to drive 3 hours west to get it.

That's for the abortion pill. You can have a surgical termination in California up until 24 weeks.

OP look into Planned Parenthood and Family Planning Associates Medical Group.
Those are two major abortion providers in California offering first and second trimester abortions.
If you live in Northern California, there's a provider called something else that provides the same services as Family Planning Associates Medical Group.

I found out I was preg at 20 weeks in Ohio.... I was able to get one up till 23 weeks but I was not comfortable with the procedure described to me.. best of luck
