Bump between eyes.

My son is 6 weeks old and since birth he has had a hard bump between his eyes on the bridge of his nose. I asked the doctor and they had no idea but said because its mobile it could be a cyst and just to watch it. Sometimes it gets a blue bruise on it.. Should I be concerned
