1-year-old wakes up sweaty and shivering
posted 28th Jan
My 1-year-old has been waking up from his naps soaking wet (from sweat) but shivering from being so cold.
He usually sleeps in a onesie and flannel footed pajamas and we keep our house around 70 degrees. I've been putting a blanket on him because I'm afraid he's going to get cold, but maybe I'm just making things worse.
Has anybody gone through something similar?

DD will take her clothes off, in her sleep I guess. Always has. She will feel ice cold when you touch her but then she is all sweaty at the same time. Idk, shes always been a sweaty sleeper!

My oldest is like that too. He always wakes up covered in sweat. I'm not sure why and it's not an issue with my other boys. /shrug It's normal though for them to be cold when they're soaking wet in bed.

i think flannel pj's over a onesie in a 70 degree house is too warm personally.

I would JUST do the flannel footed pj's.
