Does it get better?

With wanting to eat food that is. I am having a ZERO appetite lately. Seriously, I'm never in the mood to eat food, and I LOVE to eat. I have to force myself to eat and I'm just not understanding why. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I don't even have my first prenatal appointment until the 11th of next month. I could probably go all day without eating but I have to eat something because if I don't I start to get the shakes and start to feel dizzy, almost to the point of passing out. I just don't know what to do anymore. Advice? Tips? Help! TIA

Completely normal. I used to be hungry only until noon. After that...nothing. Until the last trimester

That was me. So I will go ahead and say its normal.

And yes it does get better. Well at least it did for me.

Not really, I have zero m/s. I've already had 3 u/s and stuff like that and baby is fine, growing good and a very strong hb(one was an ER visit and the other two were done at a local pregnancy center). I do have stuff I get in the mood for but after a few bites, I'm over it quickly  

I didn't have any appetite either. I lived on frozen fruit bars the first couple months.

ewwww. I barely ate anything 1st trimester. lol. smurf's nasty then.

for real. Stuff I use to love I hate to eat now, it tastes all foreign to me. I have been eating a lot of ramen noodles and that smurf ain't good for you   Why must it be like this? lol

I ate ramen noodles pretty often too. I couldn't stand any frozen food or any sort of meat- chicken, pork, turkey... blah

it did go away though lol. around 15ish weeks I think.

I didn't have an appetite from 13-23 weeks with my last pregnancy. I barely ate. I didn't even have any morning sickness. I think its normal.

Oh great, 15 weeks? That's awesome   I guess I will just have to force feed myself like I do to my son when he says he isn't hungry  Just kidding 

I felt the same way a few weeks ago and out of no where my appetite came back but now i'm kinda where I don't really care to eat when I wake up... i'll feel hungry but nothing will look good... i'll literally make myself something to eat and then stick it in the oven or microwave for my husband to eat and i'll go back to just feel bleh. Try to find something to snack on, even if it's crackers or something... I turn to popsicles when I can't figure out what I want

LOL   Gawd, you're so mean

I'm 37 weeks now and was like that most of my pregnancy. It's normal . . . my Dr had me drink ensure to supplement since I was never hungry. I'd drink 1 ensure a day with my prenatals . Your appetite will come back at some point you shouldn't worry too much.
