BBQing Salmon

posted 28th Jan
Any mamas on here do it? Know any good recipes for it and how to do it? I am thinking of getting a cedar plank and smoking it on that and was thinking I would need some kind of sweet marinara sauce to put on it.. Not sure though.

I do it traditional Native style like my tribe, course sea salt on both sides and smoke on cedar. Simple and the best I've ever had, salmon has natural great flavor.

I keep it simple, sea salt and pepper... sear both sides and then I wrap in tin foil (aluminium foil) and allow it to cook in the bbq.

I just hand it to my brother   the elders taught him the native way. It's a big deal in the tribe to be the one who cooks the fish.
