Red Raspberry Leaf

I don't have the tea, but I DO have the capsules from when I was TTC. Can I take the capsules instead of drink the tea? Plus, tea is hot, and in Texas, it's 72 damn degrees in the middle of January. Lol

Sorry I'm being kind of a post-whore tonight!  

I don't see why not. I made a pitcher of the tea and drink it cold. Tastes so good!

haha   yeah I drink 2-4 cups a day. but I would use up the capsules first so they don't go to waste.

I heard that tea tastes gross? Anyone know? And no knocking the nice weather lol it was 74 here in OK today.

The pills taste gross, too, but you don't have to taste them as long... lol
