Immaturity ruins it

Like the title says, the immaturity of the little girls, and even grown women, on this forum has pushed me away.

I was warned about this place, and how girls will attack you randomly for NO reason.
How they'll start little cat fight over nothing.

I was doing fine, minus one isolated incident on the line spotters thread which I ignored.

Up until today anyways. I've been polite. I congratulate mothers. I've been friendly. I've tried to work my way into a community of TTC mothers, so I would have some freaking SUPPORT from people going through the same thing as I.

My friends have had no trouble having babies. They like to flaunt the fact that they get pregnant as soon as they decide on another baby.


They have NO clue what I'm going through.
So I tried this forum.
Much to my dismay, so much rude, immaturity, Ugh!

So thanks, ladies. For helping me out.
You did such a SWELL job of it.
I hope you're teaching your children to have more manners & respect than you have yourself. Honestly.

Just like anywhere else, this website has some really awful people & some really awesome ones. Sorry you didn't like it here. *shrugs*

I've never seen anyone be attacked that wasn't asking for it. I've been here nearly 5 years. Sorry it didn't work out.

People always make posts like this...

There are so many great, helpful and nice woman on here to talk to. If you don't like the drama than just ignore it. How hard is it to stop reading a thread?

I agree with you 1000% I have seen a few women (not the majority though) just randomly gang up on one person...usually the topic poster. Usually it's about something as silly as misspellings and punctuation. At first it was annoying and then it became ridiculous and now I just ignore them because they have nothing better to do with there lives. I had one woman tell me to Shut up and told me I wasn't "going to do nothing" lol. It's like a middle school playground sometimes in here really. But I wouldn't let that run me away. Hopefully you can stay for all the good women here. But definitely do what's best for you.

I haven't been attacked on BG but I have seen it happen to others. I had a couple rude people talk about the name that I chose for my child and say that it made them think of a 40 year old chain smoking biker with a tweety bird tattoo, but I was just like "eh, guess the name's not for you". No biggie. But I have seen (recently) people gang up on others and be VERY mean. One girl was obviously asking for it, but another girl just voiced her opinion and was attacked, called a bitch, and called stupid by many many people. By the time I got to the forum the girl had stopped replying and people were still talking about it. I didn't comment on the forum but I sent the woman a message and told her that I agreed with her opinion and I was sorry she was attacked. There are some women on this site that have no class and just want to bully anybody that doesn't agree with them. But at the same time there are some very sweet, very helpful women here and that's why I stay. I have run into more people that were kind and helpful than people who had their panties in a bunch. Don't let a few bad ones ruin it for you.
