Uses for toaster oven??

For Christmas my boyfriend's mom pretty much bought us a brand new kitchen! We got dishes, pots and pans, etc etc but one of the things she bought us was a toaster oven. I was super excited at first because I was thinking I could use this for soo many things! Problem is since then it has just been sitting on my kitchen counter not being used at all. Any suggestions for what I should cook in it,or use it for? I don't really know anything about it so I'm kinda clueless!

Any thing that you could cook in the regular oven.  

When I have a night where I don't want to turn on the hot stove (like in the summer), I cook in the toaster oven.

It's like a stove... just much littler.

I use mine for bagels, toast, little things that can go in the oven but I don't want to use the oven. Warm up left overs that I don't want to put in the oven. My dad makes sandwhiches and then toasts them. Hope that helps.

i like it for cooking biscuts or rolls or garlic bread.. just stuff i want to cook at the end of any meal its nice to have... or sometimes when im baking and have asmall batch of whatever left and i dont want to wait. but honestly most of the time ours is under our hutch being unused
