Before labor..

So I've heard, that sometimes before going into labor. your body cleans itself out.
well today, I've had some strange gas.. and now I have diarrhea. I've been having weird cramps all day also.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Yeah diarrhea is normal.. I didn't have it while actually laboring but days before I actually went into labor I do remember having diarrhea lol it didn't register in my mind that I was probably going to go into labor soon but I did. Ha. I had my daughter at 37 weeks if it matters..

yeah, for about the week before labor started I had very loose bms.

I'm asking because I had the runs before my son, like 2 days prior but never thought about it being a sign of labor. and I had him at 38 weeks, which I'll be 38 weeks on Thursday. so I was curious.

Yeah lol it is a sign.. Doesn't mean you'll go into labor the next day or so but it could mean that you will be soon. Everyone's different though lol so we really never know for sure.

Oh, I know it doesn't mean it'll happen. I was just curious to see if anyone has experienced this.

Ahaha I haven't felt your pain in almost 9 months but I will never forget the feeling!

I'm in no hurry lol.
I'm enjoying the time with my son before she comes.
though, I can't wait to see her and all lol
