constipation- when should I be worried?

Is there a point at which I should be worried about being constipated? I have not had a bowel movement since Friday morning (and now its Monday evening.) I typically have a BM at least twice a day. Its odd though that I dont feel like I need to go but its so unusual for me. Sorry this is tmi but idk who else to ask but bg  

Have you tried anything yet to help? Adding fiber or anything like that yet?

No because I got sick and threw up this weekend so Im afraid to eat anything different for fear my stomach will get upset again. I guess at this point I could though
