That carton of orange juice feel...

My SO's ex came to pick up their son, and the first thing she say's "HI I've got the influenza" And I'm just like ugh... When did we resort to chemical war fair... Now I shall drink an entire carton of orange juice. It would be my luck that my SO and I would get the flu a week or so out of my EDD.  

Im curious as to why she was taking their shared kid? If I had influenza, I wouldn't want to risk my kid getting it if I didn't have too!!

Apparently he hit a kid 6 times in the face at school, for having funny hair and she blames my SO which is funny because she's the violent one with all the brothers who play fight. And with me being so close to my EDD she doesn't want him anywhere near me while I'm in labor and doesn't want him with my sister or anyone else. So my SO gets to see his kid on his days for maybe 2-3 hours then she picks him up. It's all really stupid. Apparently she was wearing a mask I was like whatever, she touched the door than you touched the door and this flu is ridiculous this year, lol I'm sure she's wiped her face at some point today.

Was she taking him for a visit or does he live with her? I would have 86'd the visit to be nice but some people don't care about sharing germs :/ unless he lives with her then what can ya do?

He get's Sun-Wed morn. And she gets the rest of the week. :/ But I told him if she were going to throw that much of a fit about me going into labor. Than she needs to take him at night because I'm not waiting around 45mins+ if I go into labor while he's here. I want to head straight to the hospital there's no way we're crossing town in an opposite direction to drop him off. Or wait for her to get here. IF she even answers our call. They share him, my SO gets the short end of the stick because she's a bit nuts.

That makes sense. I remember the 5 min wait of SO pumping gas on the way to the hospital when I was in labor. I thought we were NEVER going to get there. I was in tears. 45 min out of the way in labor is asking too much.

Yeah exactly my point. Now she's telling my SO that she signed him up for karate and that it's 169 a mo. And he's to pay half. And if he doesn't support it, he can't come watch. It's literally directly across the street as well btw. And we can't afford that extra a mo. We have a budget that's working well for us. And she literally chose the first one and most expensive one. We through one out there that was only 100 a mo. And she said that if he doesn't support that decision he can't come watch I told him hell yes he can, and let her make the scene and be the bad guy. I'm so smurfing pissed right now. We have a baby on the way and she just pulled 80+ out of our budget without even consulting us. I say US btw because it's called the household income. She didn't ask before doing this. Sorry this was a bit off topic but I had to vent about it.
