paralysis and lupus?

My sister had a c section on the 24th and was discharged from the hospital yesterday. All of a sudden she had horrible pain in her legs and then they just went numb she cant walk or feel anything from the waist down. She has lupus also. Has anyone been through a situation like this or know of someone who has? And if so what was the outcome? Did they walk again? Im so worried about her and just want her home healthy.

it could be nerve damage.
If it is then it will usually resolve over time.
