It could be either really
My son gets yeast infections and it almost blisters and he gets open sores and the rash looks really wet
When he gets regular rashes it just looks like red dry skin and a little inflamed
Try using destin and if it doesn't go away in a few days or gets worse take her to the dr and they will give a prescription for a severe rash

destine makes my child get blisters when it has already gotten that red, try putting just vasoline on it just in case it is yeast inf. so if its either one, it wont irritate it even more

It could be either. Let her soak in a tub of clean warm water (no soap no shampoo) then after the tub Leave her diaper off for a while and let it get really dry then put a good coating of a&d ointment on it before you put the diaper on. If you do this a few times it should fix it if it's just diaper rash. If it doesn't help, bring her in.

Cutesy names for anatomical parts are obnoxious. It's her vagina, or more likely her labia that is red, not her "nunny".
