If the kids are with you right now, I'd pack them up and go to a park or something. Some place out of the house, and get some fresh air. And while they play, you can try and calm yourself and try and plan out what you are going to do and say. Its what I would do.

Maybe a bath then if you can? Something to relax you. Maybe play some music while you are in there too. Anything you can do to get you calmer so you can think clearer. Do you have any family that lives near you or friends that could take you in til you find a more permanent place to stay?

my family and friends live hours away i moved here to be with him stupidly enough..

You weren't stupid dear.   Many people take that leap of faith for love. If you didn't, you would always wonder 'what if'. Is there any way you can contact them tomorrow and see if they can help you out and come get you and your kids?

Not really i don't have anything to do with my family my mom drinks and my dad ignores it plus friends have enough to deal with at the moment so kinda stuck for a while..
