Beef stir fry.

posted 28th Jan
What veggies do you like in yours? I'm making it tonight and was going to use bell peppers, carrots and maybe water chestnuts. That's how I always make it though, and would like to change it up a bit. Suggestions?

Napa cabbage, mushrooms, snap peas, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts, onion.

I don't put it all, but generally at least cabbage, carrots, onion and garlic

I made Shrimp Stirfry yesterday! I usually use beef.

My stir fry is pretty basic and simple, but very flavorful and filling. I make my own homemade teriyaki sauce and marinate my thinly sliced filet in that. I will chop up a carrot and put broccoli in there & that's it. I do a side of brown rice to go with it as well.

Ohh, sugar snap peas sound great, and broccoli. Have any of you cooked with bok choy before? I had it for the first time the other day and loved it! Was thinking about putting it in the stir fry, too.

Yeah I have! It is delicious in stirfry! I just prefer the taste of Napa cabbage, which is an Asian cabbage.
