Body wraps? (for temporary use)

Anyone ever done the at home body wrap thing (celophane, oil, etc)? My SIL's bday party is in a month. I'm working on weight loss, but thinking if this works (just for the one night to give the appearance of being just a tad smaller), I may give it a try.

Any experiences?

Wraps never worked for me. I like using spanx tho.

My husband has his soldier's wrap themselves in Saran Wrap and Preparation H the night before they're being taped and they always pass the next day.

How long does it last for?

Not that long at all, but long enough to where they won't get questioned about their measurements.

Like.... if I did it on Saturday morning, would it last through Saturday night, do you think?
