Finally TTC! (pH question as well)

My wife and I have FINALLY found a donor and started our at-home inseminations!! We have a little over a week left of the TWW... not sure how successful this go round was though. After the third and final insemination for this cycle my wife woke up with a yeast infection... not sure how likely it is that we were successful with her pH being off.
Anyone know anything about the effects of pH and fertility?
