Chicken Breast Recipes

posted 28th Jan
So tomorrow is SO's birthday, and i want to make him dinner. How do you make chicken breast and what should i pair with it? Any ideas are welcome, going to the store tonight to get ingredients. I'd like to do something more to it like just season and bake it.

TIA!

Sometimes I'll trim it, season it, then bake it in a covered dish, when it's done, cover it with bbq sauce, leave it uncovered and let it bake at a lower temp. Then I'll make homemade mashed taters, cheesy biscuits with whatever cheese I have, and yellow rice.
I make enchiladas with shredded breasts, chicken pot pie...all kinds a stuff!! Just google some recipes or check out allrecipes.com

When we grill my hubby does this and that chicken is good, and I don't even like italian dressing.

You'll need:
4 TBLSP Butter
1 Cup uncooked MINUTE rice
1can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of milk( measure in soup can)
1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
Chicken Breasts

Melt butter in 9x13 pan-spread rice over butter sprinkle 1 tblsp water over rice (i'm not sure why ... but my grandma always has done the water thing so I do too  )
Mix together soups & milk, pour over rice. Press Chicken pieces into the mixture (I usually cut a breast into 2-3 "strips") Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.

Cover with foul and seal well. Bake at 325 for 2 1/2 hours. My grandma always used to tease us that we COULDN'T peek, so I never do  .

It's seriously so moist & delicious!!

I made this a couple weeks ago. Mike loved it, but it set my mouth on fiya and I even added less chipotle pepper and sauce.

I'll also trim the chicken breasts, (I use 3 or 4), put them in a ziploc bag and flatten them a little with a hammer. Cut them into chunks (maybe like 2" or 3" cubes). Spray the bottom of a 13x9 dish with cooking spray, put all the chicken in, sprinkle on a couple of handfuls of cheddar cheese, pour on 2 cans of Hunts spaghetti sauce, sprinkle on a couple more handfuls of cheese. Cover and bake at 375 for about an hour. I cook fettucine noodles at around the end of cooking time for the chicken, and make garlic bread.
Drain the noodles, put some on a plate, then put on some of the cheesy chicken and sauce.

Smurf is good.
