Instead cups? Soft Cups? Whatever lol.

SO says the reason I'm not getting pregnant is because I wipe all his sperm out     I lay there for about 5-10 minutes, legs in the air... and then I have to wipe off, it grosses me out.

But I know people have used those Instead Cups or whatever they're called. Anyone had luck with those? If so, how long after using them did you get pregnant? TIA

When I got pregnant with DS SO finished and I immediately got up and went to the bathroom. I don't know why people hold their legs up, seems silly to me ..

Me too. Plus I've read many places that women should make themselves pee after sex because men carry normal bacteria on their penis and can give us uti's.
So that's what I do.

are your periods regular?
I never did anything special but when I was trying I would pretty much do what you do and lay there a while then wipe when I pee after.

I did every time after we had sex.

Are you tracking your ovulation OP? We did the cycle I got pregnant and found out I was ovulating 5 days later than we thought. Just an idea. Good luck!

You suck sperm up in it and have someone (her SO, I'm thinking) like, aim it at your cervix and squirt it in. IDK, I think people do that?

I used soft cups month 5 and 6. Month 6 of trying I also used preseed (even during ovulation I was a bit dry). I got pregnant month 6.

I'd put it on after he finished and laid with my hips up for as long as I could stand (probably 10-15), then I'd sleep with it in.

The idea is that the longer you keep the sperm against your cervix the better chance you have.

I'm not weirded out by sperm though so it didn't' bother me at all. haha

Yep. Periods are regular. I'm using OPK's this month (we really want an October baby). I'm not supposed to O until around the first week of February. But we're not taking any chances, lol.
