Can't get healthy!!! Help!!!!

So I'm 36 weeks with my second and cannot get healthy! I am so incredibly sick and tired of being sick and tired!!! This time around, I've had this really bad upper respiratory infection. Went to the dr, they said it was a virus and needed to run its course. Fair enough. It's now been 3 weeks of coughing until I pee and puke (sorry tmi) and all though the cough seems to be getting better the last 3 days, other things are starting to pop up! The cough had been the only issue still with me until tonight. Now, here I am laying in bed at 4:30am with a throat so sore I can hardly swallow, my head is pounding like crazy and my body hurts(could be 36 weeks pregnant related lol). What do I do?!? Should I go to the dr?!? Will they give me anything or just send me on my way to suffer until I have this baby? Last time I was on antibiotics and was still sick for a month! Feeling pretty lousy, about ready to serve this baby an eviction notice!!!
