13 weeks questions?

I am feeling so good compared to a few weeks back I have a scan tomorrow.
Just wanted to ask he few questions -
1. what are the chances of miscarriage at 13 weeks?
2. when you were 13 weeks what size was/is your uterus and where was it?
mine is the size of a grape fruit and it's just under my belly button is this normal?
3. Is colostrum at this point normal?

Uterus should be about the size of a grapefruit, and baby is the size of a peach!! I'm unsure of the chance of miscarriage at 13 weeks, but I do know they say it decreases drastically one you hit 12 weeks, although I'm sure it can still occur. I have heard of women starting to leak early on, which if you do....unlucky for you and having to buy breast pads for the rest of your pregnancy. lol, mine haven't leaked yet and I'm going on 34 weeks. Hope this maybe helps? I'm no expert at all, baby number one is still cooking. But I read a lot. Good luck, Mama!

Uturus should be right under belly button, misscarriages can happen all through pregancy although the risk are reduced. I am 33 weeks and haven't started leaking yet, but heard some people don't leak at all and some do.
