Skin, Hair & Nail vitamins.

If you take them or have taken them, how long until you saw a change in anything? Did you see any at all?

I've been breaking out like crazy lately, and my hair feels so coarse, it has since I've had LO. I just want it to feel...nice...again.  

I just started taking the vitamins yesterday, so obviously I'm not seeing any change yet. Haha.

I used to take them before I got pregnant. It took a couple weeks. LO is 6months old and my hairs still really dry/coarse I'm thinking of getting some too

I'm also hoping it will help my hair grow a little faster, I don't really know if that's what they do, though.

It took nearly a year for my hair to get back to normal.

It was so thick and coarse like a horses tail.

It's been almost two years. Granted I did dye it waaaaaaay too much, so I had to cut it all off. I thought this would help it grow out really nice, but it's just coming in thick and coarse.

I'm only 6 months pp and my hair went crazy. Ots super curly & coarse & dry. I'm just a mess, I end up wearing it up in a pony most of the time now  

I would say for sure by 6 weeks.

I wish I could wear mine up.   I chopped it all off, now it's all just fluffy and frizzy. LOL
