Yeah, they checked. On Thursday I was at a 1, & today I was at a 3. But, my cervix still hasn't thinned all the way, they said its at like 70.

I know it's hard, but try to get some sleep and tell your dad to wake you up like an hour before he has to go to work so you can get up and make sure everythings ok, or if you need to go back, before he leaves.

Well, I have people that can take me.. If he happens to be at work.. It's just, I know I'm right & they are wrong. & I can't sleep. I'm carrying around a 10 lb baby.. He has so much weight pushed on every part of my body that I can't get comfortable enough to fall asleep ever. I get like 2 hours of sleep, every day. Thats it.

Well, I have the pants that I did it in still.. I put them in the bathroom tub.. I was going to take them in, but my doctor told me that I didn't need to. Now, I wish that I did.

I know what you guys mean! I hate going into the doctors. Especially because I'm 18 years old and I'm pregnant. I feel like they're always giving me dirty looks and taking smurf about me behind my back.. & it just makes me feel so stupid.. Then when they send me home, I get so mad.. Because they think just because I'm young, I'm stupid.. Sure, I've never had a baby before.. But, I'm not retarded.

the only reason they didn't send me home because I was having contractions about 5-7 mins apart. she finally admitted me at 9am and I had my son 4 hours later.

go back and ask for a different dr/nurse.

My water broke at 26 weeks. They let me go after 11 days because I had stopped leaking and fluid levels were going back up. Welll the night they let me out I started leaking again. I went to l&d, they sent me home. Like really? I was JUST here for over a week with a ruptured sac! Then I went back 2 days later, sent me home again. Finally at my next check up a week after they let me go I told my doctor. She said it sounded suspicious but still didn't want to check on anything so I went home, collected some in a cup the next time it started leaking, poured it into a ziploc bag, and brought it in. Sure enough it was amniotic fluid. I mean, you would think with the fact that I had just been discharged they would have listened a little closer.
And when I was 21 weeks it broke too. Went to l&d, they didn't even do an ultrasound just sent me home. I know it wasn't pee because it had blood mixed with it just like I do now which we now know is because I also have a placental abruption. It's like why the hell does nobody ever listen??

They won't keep me for contractions. I went in the other day.. My contractions were 2 minutes apart for a straight 3 hours.. I was dilated to a 1. They had me walk around, and hour later I was at a 2. Then they said.. "oh, you can leave." I was really pissed. I honestly think some of the nurses there are retarded. & I told someone else on here.. I live with my dad, and he is my ride there.. my doctor is 45 minutes away, 3 towns over.. & my dad said that we are going to wait and see if there is another big gush of water or if I start having contractions.. If so, then we will go. But, as of right now, we are playing the waiting game.

Believe me, its not because of your age or lack of children. They treat everyone like that.
How much are you leaking now?

I am really sorry about that! Doctors can be so stupid sometimes & think they know everything!! It's like, "hello. I'm the patient & I know what the hell happened. You weren't there. So listen to me. Don't come up with a scenario in your head."

Makes me feel just a little bit better knowing that.. But, I have a pad on and I change it like every 30 minutes to 45 minutes. It's not like dripping constantly.. just here and there.

You're filling it every 30-45 minutes or just changing it when it gets a little wet?
I mean either way it sounds like your water is broken.
Can you tell right before it's about to start leaking?
