I'm sure if you had more than one amniotic sac with amniotic fluid in it, they would have seen that in an ultrasound...

Well.. The lady that did my ultrasound was on the phone the whole time she was doing it.. & I don't know.. I really feel like my water broke & that these people are just smurfing retarded. I was crying my eyes because of how wrong I think they are.

From what I know there isn't any evidence of it but some people believe there is sometimes an outer sac and an inner one.
The doctors think that's what happened to me because my water broke at like 21 weeks, but by the time I got to the hospital it had stopped leaking and they didn't have aything to test. Then it broke again at 26 weeks and has leaked on and off since. So they think the first one was like an outer layer.

Then head back to the hospital & request a different nurse.

I'm just curious, because I always wonder when people post and are unsure if their water broke, did you try to smell it at all?

if you truly think it was your water then either go back to the hospital and lie and say you're still leaking so that they will be thorough with you, or go to a different hospital.

Then definitely go back.
I had to colllect mine into a ziploc bag and bring it in because nobody believed me for an entire week.

Oh. Yes, I did smell it. & it didn't smell like pee at all!! Not even the faintest hint of it. It was almost a sweet smell.. & there was little white specks in it.. & it was clear.

I was just there.. My hospital is 45 minutes away.. I live with my dad, he has work in the morning. He said to wait for a little while to see if I start getting contractions & to see if I have another big gush..

I really hate the way doctors treat pregnant women.

I always heard if your water breaks it smells sweet. You probably want to go back or find a diff hospital.

Well that's a good idea then. If you do go into labor you don't want to spend every second at the hospital. Did they check to see if you're dilated?

SEE! I told her when I was in there, "Can you double check?" She said she knew how to do her job and she didn't see any sign of my water breaking.. I was bawling my eyes out. I'm also high risk.. So, I want to make extra sure nothing happened. But, she got the discharge papers and sent me on my way.
