narrow forward facing car seat?

We are looking to buy a new car seat soon as dd is outgrowing her convertible. Now with three kids, space is limited in the backseat, so I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a slightly narrow forward facing seat? We have one kid in a booster, one in Assn infant seat and one in a forward facing. It's a tight fit in the envoy...

What is your budget? The Diono Radian is an excellent seat that can keep your little one rear facing until AT LEAST the recommended minimum of 2 years and is one of, if not THE, slimmest on the market. I currently have 2 rear facing on either side of a Graco My Ride 65, one of the widest seats. It rear faces to 45lbs (though most will outgrow it by height before then... Though it has a nice, tall shell.) then forward faces until 80lbs and 57", then boosters.

I haven't used it, but a friend of mine uses the Combi Coccoro. It's only 14.5 inches wide.
